I love taking this type of supplement. Helps me a great deal in the gym and at home workouts. I love the sensible and quality ingredients inside this product with every serving I take. I love that with each supplement I take I can feel a noticeable increase of ability in the gym.

I really struggle with getting creatine in because I don’t love making protein shakes and similar stuff. Mixing in water isn’t very appetizing with most mixes either. Decided to give this pill form a try, and it’s a lot easier to fit into my routines. I haven’t had any negative side effects, but haven’t really noticed much of a difference either. I’m sure it takes awhile. Plus I take a lot of other on-going supplements for general health so it’s hard to say which thing is working.
No negative side effects (yet). It’s nice to see it’s made in the USA. Has a clear expiration date almost 4 years out. Gluten free, soy free, dairy free. I’m a little confused though on why there is an “FDA” symbol thing on the label, but then also a disclaimer saying the statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. So, did they get it FDA approved for consumption, but FDA didn’t approve their claims on the front about relieving muscle fatigue, promotes muscle recovery, and quickly replenishes energy? It’s not very clear… the little symbols are generic and not using more widely known logo symbols approved by governing orgs.

I have taken creatine for a long time and I love the idea of having the powder in pill form. It makes it easy to take and avoids the irritation of the stomach lining.

I normally take creatine monohydrate gummies prior to my workout, but I don’t always like eating gummies so I decided to try creatine in a capsule supplement instead. These capsules provide creatine in a hydrochloride (HCL) phosphate supplement. Admittedly, the science is confusing on this, but HCL allows you to take a smaller dose of creatine to see the same results as monohydrate (800mg HCL vs 5,000mg monohydrate). That said, HCL hasn’t been studied as long as monohydrate, so there is still debate in the community on which is better. It is believed that HCL can help with water retention and bloating. I can’t vouch for that, but if you have those concerns with creatine and have tried monohydrate and stopped due to bloating issues, then you may want to give HCL a try.
These capsules were easy to swallow and two capsules are recommended once a day with a mal. These supplements also provide some immune support with 34mg zinc and 200mg elderberry extract, which is a nice bonus.

Pretty good elderberry supplement so far. Feeling less tired after workouts and recovering quicker. Noticed some antioxidant benefits, but nothing game-changing. Wife’s started taking it too says it gives her energy. Still early days, but looking hopeful on long-term benefits for us.

These pills contain a moderate dose of creatine HCl, plus elderberry. I had no problem with taking them and felt a moderate boost of energy, probably from the creatine. They should also help me maintain muscle mass. Elderberry is thought to be an immune system booster and antioxidant.

Creatine Hydrochloride with Elderberry is a dietary supplement designed to support muscle growth, recovery, and overall vitality. Each serving consists of two capsules that provide a combination of creatine hydrochloride, calcium, magnesium, and zinc.
Key Ingredients and Features:
The product contains 800mg of creatine hydrochloride per serving, which can help increase energy levels during workouts.
Additionally, the supplement includes elderberry, an antioxidant-rich ingredient that may help protect against oxidative stress.

I take creatine regularly, as research has shown it can significantly benefit muscle growth, performance, and even cognitive health. Normally, I stick to creatine monohydrate, which is the most studied and widely used form. However, I decided to try creatine hydrochloride (HCl) this time to see if it offers any of the additional benefits it’s often associated with.
Creatine hydrochloride is thought to have better solubility and absorption compared to monohydrate, meaning it may be gentler on the stomach and less likely to cause bloating or water retention for some people. While the evidence is still emerging, early studies and anecdotal reports suggest that HCl could be a good alternative for those who experience digestive issues with monohydrate. (I’m someone with digestive issues generally.) It’s worth noting that most of the research backing creatine’s benefits focuses on monohydrate, so while HCl has potential, it’s not as extensively studied.
The pill form of this supplement is convenient. Normally, I take creatine in powder form because it’s more cost-effective, but these pills are easy to take, have no taste or smell, and the dosage is simple—just two pills per day.
I’ll admit, I’m always a bit cautious about trying supplements from companies I’m unfamiliar with. That said, this company is based in the US and seems reputable, which helps put me at ease. So far, the product appears to be high quality, with no issues in terms of packaging or freshness.
It’ll take a few weeks of consistent use to see if I notice any discernible differences compared to my usual creatine routine. For now, I’m happy with the product and appreciate the convenience of the pill format.
