I can’t tell if the claimed dose is correct but assuming the labeling is accurate this is one of my favorite ways to take creatine so far. A lot of the chewables range in bitterness and hardness, powders are ok but can be a hassle, and these taste good and are easy to take.

Tastes like pineapple. I sleep really well after eating two gummies at bedtime. This is a reorder. I have tried others, and this is the best and the strongest. Magnesium has lots of benefits but I buy it for great sleep.

Taste like the old school Scooby doo gummies. I take 2-3 before the gym each time I go & this is what I look forward to the most about going.
As far as results, I have no complaints. I’ve been taking this product for 6+ months now after coming off of a different brand of creatine gummies & my gains stayed the same.

I recently started running again, and took these gummies at the same time. My results have been fabulous. I can run longer and at a slightly better pace almost every time. And it helps with recovery as well. I’ve been a long time runner and know how my body generally reacts to workouts. These creatine gummies have certainly improved my workouts.

All the gummies are stuck together and either product is old or exposed to heat which is hard to imagine in December. This is the only bottle I’ve received like this all the others were fine (even shipments DURING THE SUMMER)
