I don’t have the best diet and sometimes I just don’t know what I’m missing but I do know that having all your amino acids are a foundation of being healthy. So often times I rely on supplements to make sure I catch whatever slips through the gaps of my diet. I love that this is a fine powder and so easy to add to any beverage. Keep in mind it is citrus flavored so maybe don’t mix it with coffee unless you like that flavor combo. I usually just use it with water. It totally gives me peace of mind.

This comes in a powder form that mixes easily with water or juice. It uses Stevia for flavoring, to me I can detect some fruity sweetness but not a strong flavor. To me it’s annoying, I prefer it tasteless.
I like that this is non GMO, third party lab tested, and contains all nine essential amino acids.
I don’t like that I can’t find information regarding the source of this product, where it is produced, and the certification status of the facility.
Overall this looks like a good product. I have been tolerating it well. I cannot tell if this has made a difference for me or not at this time. I am concerned about information regarding the origin of the product as I like to know what I am putting into my body.

I got it as a gift, I have tried several types of amino supplements. This one is has a decent taste, better than others. It seemed to help my recovery on my 4 mile runs quite nicely.

This product is easy to use the powder dissolves very well in water and has a taste that’s good. It uses stevia leaf extract and monk fruit as sweaters. Keto-Vegan friendly while also being Non-Gmo.
I’ve used other Amino Complex Supplement so far this brand seems similar. The container amount is also reasonably sized. Overall good product and I’m currently looking into other products the Ultimate store has available.
