I ordered the sour apple flavor of these gummies and it is truly disgusting. I can’t even choke it down. I’ve never returned a supplement before, I always just suck it up and finish them, however these are so bad it’s comical. I went to return them so I could order another type of créatine gummy and they are apparently non-returnable. Nowhere in the description was that made clear before ordering. Would not recommend, at least not the sour apple flavor. No sour, no sweet, just a waxy, bitter flavor.

This is my fault for not really researchingcreatinine before ordering this product but I have found that it apparently does not contain an appropriate amount of creatinine in one serving. There are plenty of reviews that do the math so I’m not going to go to heavily into it. But it takes two of the sixty gummies to get 1 gram of creatinine. Apparently one needs 3-5 times that? My biggest issue though is that there is an exorbitant amount of sugar in this product! 4g per 2 gummies or 1 gram of creatinine. This is very very high sugar content. I cannot see a reason why one would use these gummies besides the fact that they’re quick and convenient compared to making a protein smoothie. If you have to eat a huge handful of what is essentially candy, they become much less convenient plus now you’ve consumed a bunch of sugar.
Personally, I wish I had done a little more research because I would have just passed on this product. It’s candy masquerading as a workout supplement. I suppose there could be a situation where someone just needs a tiny boost of creatinine. If that’s the case maybe the amount of sugar is tolerable given the convenience of just popping a gummy or two. Otherwise I don’t know, it’s a poorly thought out product in my opinion.

I now take 5000mg of creating and this is on the lower side @ 1000mg of creatine but if that is a good amount for you, these are tasty and easy to take on the go!

For creatine to be effective, you need 3000-5000mg. One serving of these is only 1000mg!
That means this is not a great value for your money.
