These are my least favorite type to take – big giant hard tablets. A serving is 3 pills for 3000 mg, giving you 80 servings. Since 3000mg is a very large serving if you are taking other amino acids and supplements, I will likely take only one a day for 1000mg for 240 days. This makes these a great value despite them not being capsules like I prefer. I do like how they are manufactured and tested in the U.S., so I can have more confidence in what I am taking. Overall a great value. Happy supplementing!

I got this because I take L-Arginine for the health benefits it may possibly have with my circulation health. L-Arginine has a possible association with nitric oxide production. I personally like to take this before my exercise and on my rest days I take it in a smaller dosage. With my exercises I seem to notice an extra umph that I like when I take L-Arginine. IMO it’s metabolized super fast if it’s metabolized at all. It’s for that reason I like rather large doses and to keep my pill count down, I like a dosage like this brand is offering. It’s 1 gram per tablet. I also like to stack this with a possible precursor to L-Arginine called L-Citrulline to try to make up for that possible fast metabolization and the fact there is possibly a lot of pass through of L-Arginine. Seeing I take a lot of it this,, the 240 tablet count works very well for me. This is a basic ingredient imo but this brand went the extra step and third party lab tested it as you can see right on the front of the bottle. I have used this brand many times and have never had any issues with them. These tabs are on the large size imo ( but smaller pill count that way) and I had no problem taking them. I also had no sides with this product and never have with L-Arginine. With the bottle I received I did not notice any quality issues and these appear to be top shelf. Taking this to go along with protein shakes to get a bit more protein in my system, as it’s an amino acid that’s a building block for protein, itself. If you’re taking BCAAs or a protein shake that’s high in them, you’re likely already taking this. But, more is always better, imo.

L-Arginine – L-Arginine has been researched for numerous dietary benefits including Cardiovascular health, Exercise benefit, Muscle growth, Immune function, Wound healing, Blood sugar regulation and others. This product is made in the USA. I always want to know where my dietary supplements are made. Some countries have a lax attitude toward food and supplement purity and sanitation. It is also made in a GMP (good manufacturing practices) compliant facility, which is a complex series of standards and procedures designed to ensure that the final product is pure, sanitary and contains what is claimed on the label. It is also tested by a third party independent lab. That’s about good as it gets. I’m giving this product 5 stars.

I really like that this product comes in one gram tablets. Yes they are big and the recommended dosage is three but there is ample product for the price. I would highly recommend this product

These regular to large sized tablets are what I would expect from L-Arginine. 3000mg is the expected dose in 3 tablets is the usual amount. All that put together tells me this manufacturer probably knows what they’re doing.

This is a personal review of the product, and should not be considered as professional medical advice as to whether or not it would benefit you, personally. There are several excellent internet resources that describe the potential benefits of L-Arginine as a nitric oxide precursor for vascular health, and you should review at least one of those resources before following up with your own physician or nutritionist. I have absolutely no complaints about this product and would recommend it to friends and family who are seeking to increase this dietary nutrient on the advice of a licensed physician or nutritionist. This Best Naturals version of L-Arginine produces no disagreeable taste or smell for me. The pills are large, but are shaped to be easily swallowed. I like the fact that each pill is a full 3000 mg, so I get a recommended daily dose when taking one with each meal. Having taken L-Arginine in the past, I know how it affects my body. So I could tell after 48 hours that this was an effective dosage for me. I experienced no unwanted side-effects such as GI upset or headaches from taking this at the recommended dosage and when taking each pill with a meal. Consult your personal physician as to whether this is a product you should consider taking, particularly if you are already taking medications or other supplements.

I like that each tablet contains 1000mg of l-arginine, 3 per day is my recommended dose so one bottle will last almost 3 months. Yes, the pills are big, but they are easy to swallow so no issues. Also I’ve experienced no side effects and plan to continue to order this brand.
