I mostly drink water throughout the day, but sometimes I would like to mix a little different things in there without adding a bunch of calories. I have recently found a new love for grape flavored drinks that I did not have before, so I thought this would be worth a try. I don’t know a lot about all of the hydration supplements and how they work to support your health, but this one does list out all of the supplements it contains and they seem to be good things. Unfortunately, it does not actually list out the nutrition facts that I would like to see, however. It does mention that it is caffeine free, so it is great to have at any time of the day. This is a great change to my mid afternoon routine. I didn’t necessarily grab this one thinking it would be any more beneficial to hydration than just consuming enough water, but it did come in handy when a virus swept through the house. The grape flavor encouraged everybody to actually drink more than they really felt like drinking. The bottle suggests using a scoop per 10-15 ounces of water. The scoops are large and do leave a pretty strong flavor when used at this ratio. I like the flavor, so it doesn’t bother me, but it may not be ideal for others. It does take a bit of stirring to get it all to dissolve as well. Since I am not using this for the specific hydration benefits it offers, I like to just mix some in for taste. A little bit for a small glass., a bit more for larger glasses. It feels very flexible to me based on each person’s individual preference. This is a large jar, so I don’t think you would want to throw it into a bag for a post workout drink, but it would be easy enough to mix some up in a water bottle to take on the go. I don’t drink it enough to really know if it makes any difference, but I do enjoy having a glass on occasion.

As far as post-workout mixes go, it’s not the worst I’ve tried – but far from the best. The powder doesn’t dissolve completely, leaving a mouthful of grit on the backend. And what DOES dissolve gives the drink a strange kind of… “slimy” mouthfeel, for lack of a better term.
More concerning is the amount of choline in this product: 695mg of choline bitartrate and 400mg of alpha-GPC in each scoop. This exceeds the daily recommended value of total choline by double. More than one scoop of this stuff per day can potentially lead to trimethylaminuria (fish odor syndrome); and excessive use of alpha-GPC, in particular, has been shown to increase risk of stroke by ~40% over a 10-year period.
I have some genuine safety concerns about this product.

âž½ I have been a little under-hydrated lately and I wanted to
try and increase my electrolytes intake. So, I thought that
I would try adding this supplement and see if it would help
me to do so..

⦠This combination supplement appear to contain a really
good ingredient list and tackles a few other health benefits
as well.
⦠An excellent supplement that is well designed to help out
with Muscle Recovery, Cognative Support, Bone and Joint
Support, Recovery & Hydration Support which I am lacking.
âž½ Flavor and Performance:
⦠The Grape flavor is just OK to me likely due to the sodium
and another flavor that I haven’t been able to pin-pointed.
Even when I added more water than what was suggested, it
only diluted the flavors I’m not too fond of a small amount.
I’ll try adding some fruit juice or another liquid to see if I
can alter the taste just a bit. The taste isn’t terrible but, it’s
not that pleasing either.
⦠It does seem to be helping me out with some of my minor
hydration issues and it also seems to give me a little energy
boost as well. We’ll see after I use it for a longer period.

âž½ Dislikes / Issues:
⦠The taste is sort of OK But not all that great either. It has
a salty type flavor and another flavor that I can’t quite figure
out. They kind of over power the Grape flavor. I used about
5oz of water, more than what is suggested. I may try adding
more water or possibly add some fruit juice to try and mask
the flavors that I’m not too fond of.
✪➽ OVER-ALL:
⦠I think this is a really good product and has an Excellent list
of ingredients. I am hoping that I can alter the flavor profile
a bit to make it more to my liking. It’s seems to be a little on
the pricey side for this supplement and it would be tough for
me to purchase on a constant basis.

it to others as well.

Been losing a ton of sweat during my training sessions. This stuff keeps me hydrated and less muscle soreness after a long WOD. Grape is a great flavor… better than the old stix i was drinking before. Will probably try their other flavors, but will definitely buy again.

I ordered this for my sons since they play football and workout regularly (in South Florida heat). I wanted them to have a good recovery drink that would thoroughly hydrate them and also provide other benefits like the muscle recovery. This seemed like it would fit what I was looking for. There is one issues though; the taste is awful. They barely drunk it one time and refuse to use it. I can’t blame them because I tried to drink some down myself but it just was too unpleasant. If you can guzzle this down without worrying about the taste then this could be outstanding.
