I was very impressed with Codeage L-Glutamine Powder. I have medical issues but I am trying to increase my physical activity. My workout progress has stalled because the resulting muscle and joint pain after a short walk has preventing me from working out as often as I would like.
After taking this product for a week. I have noticed three changes. The muscle recovery period has shortened, the muscle pain is less severe, and it has also helped with belly bloat. This product is light, powdery, and tasteless. It mixes well and can easily be blended into your favorite drinks. I have tried it in smoothies, protein shakes, and super green drinks. This powder is versatile and flavorless.
I also like that it is vegan, non-GMO, gluten and diary free. It doesn’t contain artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners or preservatives. Desserts and some form of gummi candy were my downfall in my diet. Well, this was until I started using L- Glutamine. It reduced my sugar cravings. I learned glutamine reduces the desire for sugar due to its ability to quickly convert to glucose shutting down the craving signal from the brain. This is huge for me. I another benefit this product has for me is it helps with muscle recovery and helps me sustain my energy levels during my workouts. Highly recommend!
