    Helps on those nights I have trouble falling asleep, with no drug side effects.

    I have tried other brands of HTP, but only this one really helps with my seasonal depression without any reactions to other herbs and the prescription meds I take it. With or without the B-6 and C I highly recommend it for those who like to handle depression herbally.

    Did a ton of research before buying this brand. It’s hard to know what supplements are good or not in this day and age. Think in general that Salary makes great products. Find this brand to be better than Thorn or Pure Formulas because the pills themselves have fewer additives.

    I ordered the L-5 HTP and received 5 HTP which is quite different. I’ve been taking the L-5 HTP for years and it works for me. The 5- HTP does not work. The products are different. I’m out the money. They won’t allow returns or replace for correct product.

    This is well liked. I knew a family whose son ( with ADD) was about to flunk out of high school. He was getting D’s and F’s. He started taking 5-HTP and his grades went to As and Bs.

    Love, love this product! I’m a woman in my 40’s and starting to have a few issues with moodiness. After doing some research with Dr Google, I read about the benefits of Tryptophan. I also read that Tryptophan without the C and B-6 combination is practically useless. I take two of these every morning and it’s been a game changer with my moods and ability to focus.
