The product that I received had a vastly different label with a different amounts of active ingredients that what is advertised. Judging from pictures others have included in their review, they got different products too.
The gummies I got were green and stuck together in a huge clump such that you had to pry them apart to get the recommended serving size: 2 gummies or 2000mg of Creatine Monohydrate. The amount per serving is pretty low to have any real impact for intensive exercise and I didn’t really feel any impact after a week of usage.

I’m new to the world of creatine supplements so I’m not fully sure how to know if they are working or not. From my research, creatin,e is mainly derived from meat, and since I’m a vegetarian my intake is most likely lacking. I exercise frequently and have noticed being more sore after and having less energy, which this is supposed to help with, along with improving muscle mass. I’ve only been taking these a couple of weeks and while I can’t say for sure if they are helping, I can say they aren’t making anything worse. I noticed from my research that the minimum recommended dose is 3-4 grams daily and these are only 2 grams, which I’m ok with as I try this supplement for the first time. The downside of these is that they have a stale chemically smell, but they taste ok after I chew them. I ordered grape flavor but received green apple so I don’t know if the foul smell is because of the green apple flavor and maybe grape wouldn’t be as bad. Overall, for the diverse ingredients and number of servings, this is a good value.

This is a quality supplement with a great taste. It seems to made of clean ingredients and is quite pleasant to taste. I just wish that there was more here in a single bottle.

I finally got these 3 months after ordering them and they taste ok and are easily chewed but they are not the grape flavored ones I originally ordered. Mine were green and lime flavored. I don’t see any info on third party testing so i can’t attest to what’s really in them but will give them a try as I use creatine to aid in my fitness regimen.

These were advertised as purple grape flavor but what I received was a green gummy that was green apple flavored. It was also also clumped together making it challenging to get the gummies out of the container. Admittedly I ate more than the serving size (about 10) and a few hours later I had the worst stomach ache I have had in a very long time. Overall I did not have a great experience with these gummies so I threw the rest of them away.
