This was shipped from an electronics warehouse.
The label looked like they printed it just before they shipped it.
No way in Hell will I take these.
If the price is to good to be true……

I find this makes a huge difference in how well I recover from workouts and very much reduces DOMS.
The key to remember is that this needs to be taken daily. Just taking it on the days you workout won’t cut it

Seldom do over the counter or mass-produced supplements meet or exceed expectations. This is one of the few that has done that for me. I got positive results within 72 hours and that hasn’t stopped.

This is definitely legitimate beta alanine. It works just as well as other beta alanine supplements I tried, but this is a much cheaper form. I also really like that it is pre-encapsulated since beta alanine powder tastes kind of gross and it takes a while to make many capsules by hand.
As with most other supplements, the effects are subtle and vary with usage.
If you benefit from beta alanine, I would recommend this.

Felt a little effect from it, not substantial but not unusual for this kind of product. Dont expect big changes. Still, not unreasonable for the price.

This stuff is strong. I usually only take 2 caps per serving because I get the tingles so bad. I have always been sensitive to the tingles from beta calamine, so that’s nothing new. At least I can tell it’s effective with the results I experience by tingling. Helps me keep pushing through my workouts longer!

Works well! As described. The bottle recommends taking three; be aware of the side effects. If you are having side effects, take less!
