From what I’ve read (and my personal experience), all creatine is basically the same. I didn’t pay attention to the dose on this. I saw 3000mg and 150 capsules. You really aren’t even getting a 30 day supply since every recommendation I’ve ever seen was to use 5g per day. So if you take 8! capsules per day you get a little less than 5g of creatine per day for 18 days at $20.

Creatine is a well known workout supplement that is said to boost your energy and help you get more out of your workouts. I have found that it does this and nugenics is a great brand for it. So I feel this is a good supplement for me and as a part of my gym routine. It arrived quickly and there is no taste easy to swallow. I take two and I’m all set for the day.

I generally like Nugenix supplements and have cycled a few into and out of my stack. They offer high quality supplements at reasonable pricing. I am laying that foundation because I have only been taking this for a few days and have not started to see the typical creatine benefits but am drinking more water, which for me always happens when I take creatine.
The thing you have to think about with creatine is, you generally have to take a lot of it on a per serving basis. So what is the best way to get it? Historically I have taken it as a powder mixed in juice, or nowadays a lot of creatine is prepared to taste like kool aid. The downside to powders is creatine does not mix that well, so you are always drinking a grainy mixture. In capsule form you avoid that, but of course you are taking a handful of capsules. in this case 5. I already take a bunch of pills daily. Adding 5 more is a challenge. But that may work out better for you. Just a consideration. These are easy to swallow capsules, but again. 5 more pills a day.

I’ve seen Nugenix products in multiple major retail chains; it’s not just an online-only brand, which is nice. The bottle I got was double-sealed, and says it’s good for about 2 years. The amount per pill on these is less than other creatine capsules I’ve used from other brands, which means needing to use more pills per day to get the same total serving size. It is still more convenient for me than messing with powders.

Started taking this and definitely noticed big improvements to my workouts. Put on a good 5 lbs over the course of 4-6 weeks. Highly recommend!

This Creatine Monohydrate Supplement is designed to support muscle strength, performance, and recovery. Each serving delivers 3000mg of premium creatine monohydrate, ensuring high potency and results.
It’s made in the USA, cGMP-compliant, non-GMO, free of gluten, fillers, synthetic colors.
Creatine monohydrate is a popular supplement widely used by athletes, bodybuilders, and fitness enthusiasts. Here’s how it benefits the body:
Enhanced Muscle Performance: Creatine helps in the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), which is the primary energy carrier in cells. This is particularly useful during high-intensity, short-duration exercises like weightlifting and sprinting.
Increased Muscle Mass: Regular use of creatine can lead to greater muscle volume due to increased water content in muscle cells. Over time, it can also contribute to muscle growth by enhancing strength and training capacity.
Improved Strength and Power: Studies have shown that creatine supplementation can significantly enhance strength and power, which can lead to better performance in activities that require quick bursts of energy.
Enhanced Recovery: Creatine can help reduce muscle cell damage and inflammation following exhaustive exercise, promoting faster recovery.
Cognitive Benefits: Emerging research suggests that creatine may support brain health by enhancing cognitive functions and potentially reducing mental fatigue.
Support for Various Muscular and Neurological Diseases: Creatine is sometimes used in clinical settings to support individuals with certain muscular and neurological conditions, like muscular dystrophy and neurodegenerative diseases.
Mechanism of Action:
Creatine is stored in muscle cells as phosphocreatine. During high-intensity exercise, phosphocreatine donates a phosphate group to ADP (adenosine diphosphate) to quickly regenerate ATP, which provides energy to muscles.

Creatine in capsule form, it really does not seem as popular as the classic powder form, but it sure makes for a much more convenient method of consuming pre/post workout when on the move.
This one achieves that aforementioned convenience, and the brand I recognize, which always gives a little more confidence when it comes to a quality product. So far, it seems to fulfill that quality checkbox as well with no noticeable side effects or gastrointestinal discomfort.
Value-wise, you are definitely paying for convenience; the serving size is 3000mg, or 3g, which is common among most capsule-based creatine supplements. However, it is a bit lower on the serving size when compared to most powder forms that weigh in at about 5g (5000mg). Therefore, while you do gain the convenience of not having to mix powder, you do lose a bit in volume, servings, and value. Additionally, keep in mind for that 3g serving size, you will need to consume 5 capsules, if you are aiming for close to 5g (or more), then you will have to consume 8+ capsules, which can be a lot.
With that said, this is appears to be a quality creatine supplement. While I would not use it to permanently replace my typical powder intake, it is definitely works great as a way to get some creatine while on the move or traveling, or as an addition to my intake.
