When it comes to creatine, all micronized creatine is basically the same. It is all derived from basically the same process and delivers the same end result. This Unite Nutra Micronized Creatine is no exception.
I have been taking creatine for a few years now so this was a good opportunity to see if this product was as good as what I have been taking. You’ll be glad to know this creatine works just as well as any of the others I have taken over the past few years. I switched to this about a week ago and things have continued as normal (which is good). I take five (5) grams per day, usually mixed in protein shake, and have seen no effects that you may see when stopping creatine after a period of use. This is great as it means this is good creatine that works and is effective.
I am giving it five stars since it is indeed exactly what you expect and want if you are ordering this. I do not feel it is the best value out there at the current price but it does appear to be high quality.

Honestly, the market for creatine is pretty commoditized at this point. Almost all the products are good, including this one. If you need halal/kosher for religious reasons, that is a nice feature that this offers, but as usual otherwise you should probably just get the cheapest option.

I found adding it to a fruit blended drink most ideal, does not change the flavor due to being no flavored and works well for me.
Doing my morning bike ride before work and when pushing it up a hill, I am at least not running out of energy getting up the hills. I can tell it’s making it so I can work harder, so I call that good.
PDP –
I was so glad to see that this creatine powder had no other ingredients added to it. According to the label, it’s 100% pure. It basically has no flavor, except for the very faintest acidic aftertaste, so it’s easy to mix with whatever beverage you prefer. With a 5 gram (two teaspoons) dose, there end up being about 100 servings per container, so this should last a long time. I have read different opinions on when you should take this, whether it’s before working out or after. Years ago, when I was much much younger, the usual routine was to take it before working out, so that’s what I’ve stuck with. However, I might do a little experimenting with the timing and see if I notice any difference. I know some people take creatine during off days, so I’ll have to see if that provides any benefit as well. It might take some time for me to figure out what works best. For now, I’m glad to have this product in such a pure form, and I’m happy that it mixes so well and is easy to take.

It didn’t come with a scoop and requires a scale to properly dose for consumption while leaving a slightly unpleasant after taste but definitely effective and preformed as needed
