The good:
– Vibrant / solid colors
– Good color assortment
– Smooth ink
– Dry fairly quickly
The not so good:
– Dispenses a lot of runny ink
– DOES bleed through thinner bible pages
Comparable to the Pentel Energel 0.7
– Almost the exact same writing experience
– Difference is the Energel has a little more controlled / fine ink dispersion so the ink dries faster (yes I timed them).
When I would use these pens:
– On smoother paper like the Tomoe River paper – yes, take a little longer to dry, but it allows the colors to have the most contrast / look the most vibrant
When I would not use these pens:
– On standard printer paper, equally “thick”/dense/absorbent paper – the colors get sucked in a just look dull in my opinion
– On very thin Bible pages
Highlighting tips
– You can highlight over these pens fairly quickly
– I’d recommend waiting a little longer if you plan on writing OVER a pre-highlighted area (some bleeding, especially on smoother paper).
Just received these pens so can’t comment on longevity. Overall good pens, just not what I was expecting.

My only mishap was that the purple didn’t work from day 1. Otherwise, I love them, and will buy more. No leakage. Great value.
