I have been looking for some time to supplement my diet with a fish oil to help support brain function and joints . I hardly eat any fish at all so it is desperately needed in my diet. A family member recommended Arazo supplements and after my research it looked like a high-quality product. Well it certainly is. Most importantly I am sure that I feel less foggy and am more clear thinking lately and my knee pain has miraculously disappeared. And in terms of the quality, one important thing is that it is triple strength with 1200 mg of EPA and 900 mg of DHA which are the important omega’s you want to see at high levels in a fish oil . Two other awesome things are that there is no fish aftertaste whatsoever and you only have to take three per day. And as a matter fact, despite that fact that they are a bit on the large side, they are not hard to swallow at all. They slide down easily with just a little water. I tend to swallow one at a time. But I prefer to take 3 larger capsules rather than a bunch of smaller low dosed ones. So I highly recommend them if you are in the market for an affective high-quality fish oil supplement.
