You need to give it time. I’m currently in my 6th day of the treatment (30) min each day, and I noticed that my teeth are getting whiter. I got the coconut flavor and the taste is not bad in my opinion and the gel has a mild sweet taste. I have the product a 5 stars because traditional teething strips causes me to have really bad sensitivity that would last hours and so far I haven’t experienced any pain.
The only warning I will give is that the gel are stuck on your teeth afterwards and require brushing to clean them.

Here’s my honest review lol…
First of all, yep. They work. Really well. My teeth aren’t like, super yellow but they were definitely not white before using these. So what you do is dry your teeth ALL THE WAY, front and back, with a towel. Apply one strip to the top and one to the bottom. If your teeth aren’t DRY dry, the strips won’t stick.
They taste… disgusting. Like what i would imagine mulch tastes like lol. I have insanely sensitive teeth and yes, these did give me mild irritation. I started to notice it on my top teeth and removed it like 15 minutes in, instead of waiting the full 30 cuz ain’t no waaaaayyyyy man, sensitive teeth aren’t a nightmare. If you know, you know. So i removed them early and my teeth are still NOTICEABLY whiter.
Here’s the thing… they’re streaky. My teeth are white and streaky when you look at them up close which I don’t love. I think if i were to leave it on the full 30, maybe that wouldn’t happen. I’ll eventually work up to the full 30 but im not risking tooth pain for it.
The cleanup is also…. horrid. AuDHDer here, the texture sucks lol. I did read this ahead of time and was somewhat prepared as i went to the store to buy a new, super cheap “throw away” toothbrush and immediately went to brush them after i took the strips off. This helped tremendously and I didn’t have to run my expensive toothbrush for it.
Overall id love to give these 5 stars, however the mild irritation and gross taste are what im knocking it down a star for. They DO make your teeth whiter and if you don’t have crazy extreme sensitive teeth like meeeee, then i bet these will work really well for you. I’ll come back and will update my review once the box is done if the sensitivity goes away. I’m super happy with the results of just using it once though like, i paid $30 for what my mom has spent easily $3k on in the last couple of years for very similar results.

Follow the directions, you’ll get results. They recommend going through a “treatment” of one a day until you finish the box (14 days) and then use them once a week or so to keep up results. I dry my teeth before applying, keep them on for 30 minutes, and don’t eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after.
They have a very MILD coconut taste. I think the people saying the strips taste bad or “earthy” haven’t tried straight up coconut lol. They do leave residue behind, but the directions tell you to just brush your teeth after, and that’s what I do and it dissolves right off. The streaky white spots go away in less than 30 minutes and I’m left with whiter looking teeth than before, with no sensitivity. I love these ones.

I don’t usually like teeth whitening strips because I find that they don’t usually work for me. These ones did work! I always struggle with strips sticking to my teeth, and these ones were no different but they did not fall off. They lifted a little bit but still stayed on. They did leave a lot of green residue on my teeth but it was very easy to remove with a toothbrush. I saw a visible difference in just one use!

I did everything following the stept, however it didn’t do anything for my teeth. Did it at night, left it on for even longer then 30 minutes, but the next day my teeth were the same color again. Just save your money.

As someone who does oil pulling every day I was already aware of the benefits of coconut oil for your teeth and gums, but I still felt like my teeth needed a bit of a boost to get even whiter. I have used white strips/ baking soda / peroxide in the past and dealt with major tooth sensitivity after. These strips are AMAZING! I’m on day two of using them and will probably use one more tomorrow and then be done until the next time I feel like they need a boost. My teeth look so much whiter and brighter and there is absolutely zero sensitivity. If you’re on the fence just give them a try!!
