Ito En Tea Oi Ocha Green Tea in the Unsweetened 16.9 Ounce (Pack of 12) format has become somewhat of a staple in my pantry, but there’s a catch – I only buy it when it’s on a significant sale.
The taste of this green tea is undoubtedly on the bitter side, which might not be everyone’s cup of tea (pun intended). However, this bitterness is a testament to its authenticity and lack of added sugars or sweeteners. It’s a healthy option for those who appreciate the natural taste of green tea without any frills.
The value you get when it’s on sale is fantastic, making it an attractive choice for stocking up on a beverage that’s both refreshing and good for you. While it may not be my everyday go-to, it’s a welcome addition to my beverage rotation, especially when I’m in the mood for something pure and unadulterated.
In conclusion, Ito En Tea Oi Ocha Green Tea is a no-nonsense, unsweetened green tea option that leans on the bitter side but offers great value when purchased on sale. If you’re a fan of the inherent bitterness of green tea and appreciate the health benefits it provides, it’s worth giving this pack a try when you find it at a discounted price.

i love this bolder flavored green tea over the regular version just way more flavor..i will definitely be buying more,,the only question i have is on amazon the photo says it only has 45mg of sodium but my bottles i received says 75mg of sodium…i was really hoping it would be lower in sodium like the 45mg as advertised..
but either way its really a fantastic drink and id recommend it

Its good quality bottled tea but be prepared to have to get used to the taste. Definitely a Japanese product; when they say unsweetened that’s not an understatement at all.
Now after a case or 2, I actually enjoy the flavor a lot. Word of advice, don’t try to enjoy it warm or room temperature. Replaced a daily bottled soda in my lunch bag.

One of my favorite products from Japan. Get used to drinking this and you’ll never be able to drink just plain water again.
For those with heart conditions. This does have caffeine, but you can drink Soba cha (buckwheat tea), roibos tea, and Oolong tea.

I love the natural, unsweetened flavor of this Ito En Green Tea. It’s perfectly refreshing without being too strong, and the 16.9-ounce bottles are great for on-the-go. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, quality green tea!

I’ve traveled to Japan a few times and have spent, in total, about a month there. When I do go, I find myself looking for this particular green tea as it has the best flavor. Fortunately, you can get it elsewhere through Amazon.
