Die Idee ist grundsätzlich gut und es funktioniert. Ich schnarche tatsächlich weniger.
Aber: Dieses Produkt ist nicht so gut wie beschrieben. Ich hatte zuletzt ein Produkt von einer Drogeriekette. Alle Pads haben das Problem, dass sie nicht die ganze Nacht durchweg kleben. Ich habe die Klebepads zwei Nächte probiert. Bereits nach kurzer Zeit ist es abgefallen. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen

I apply these to my nose every night they help me breathe while I’m sleeping. I do need to clean my skin with some alcohol so that they stick well. Good product.

These stay on much better than the ones from 2-3 years ago. I’ve been using nasal strips for sleep for 15 years, and these are currently the best if you have an oily nose.
The trick is that you must wash your nose thoroughly, dry it, and then wipe with it an alcohol pad before applying strips. Seems like overkill, but for me, it’s the only way the strips stay secure all night.
As for the morning removal, it’s not fun, but people make it seem like it’s some kind of horror show — which it’s not. Just remove them very slowly. This newer version will definitely leave a heavy residue that cannot be washed away easily. However, if you shower, wash face and then manually rub off the residue, it comes off completely. Takes no more than a minute to do. Well worth it to have comfortable strips that stay on all night.

These nasal strips work incredibly well for me. I have very narrow nasal passages, and these strips open them up just enough to make a huge difference in breathing for me. They stick to my skin all night without problem. I hold the strip in place for 20 seconds each night to stick and done.
