I bought this based off hype surrounding “the best massager for neck pain/headaches” and it didn’t do the job for me. It did provide a faint heat for a few minutes but then turn off so you’d have to push the heat button again. Not a huge deal. The massage felt nice but never took any pain away or alleviated tension.
I ended up going through the return process and customer service was great!

EDIT: update 12/12/24 seller reached out to offer a refund and sent us a new product within a few days. we just got it yesterday and have not heard the squeaking sound!! will update if anything else comes up, but i’m very impressed by the companies customer service.
this thing is amazing. the massage and the heat functions work great and it’s very versatile. has helped immediately with neck and back pain. easy to use – buttons are simple. good value for price. multi speed options.
HOWEVER – it makes a loud weird squeaking noise sometimes after maybe 10 uses? it will randomly be massaging and make a noise that sounds like rubber rubbing together very loud for 10-15 seconds or until you push on it. not very relaxing.
