This is my first bottle and first time trying boric acid and These work really great with cleaning up and freshening your insides. I wish it came with an insert but the fingers work well! They leave me feeling fresh when I wake up. Great for after yk what.

I’ve dealt with BV and Yeast infections for months. They would come back every two months even if I had a perfect diet (kale smoothies every morning, eating salads throughout the day, etc) I would take the antibiotics I was prescribed but having no days off working and going to school full time… I just didn’t feel good and was always afraid once I was better that I would get symptoms again. But honestly, I think the antibiotics they give you only for for a short time to fight the infection instead of curing it.

This handy tool has been great for helping my PH get back on balance, especially when my cycle ends because it typically tends to throw my PH all out of whack. However, this has been a great things to use to maintain and healthy and fresh PH level. This is also the cheapest i could find it! The bottle is quite tiny so it’s also great to travel with. As soon as I feel I’m getting a yeast infection I put one in for a couple of days and it works amazing.
I got off Amazon the applications as well, they come in a decent package with several of them.
Easy to apply . Either squat and apply and gently stand up or even better laying down.
Best before bed and with a pad on as they clean you out , it leaks out. Might leak throughout the day as well so wear afterwards a panty liner.
