Since taking this regularly, I’ve noticed a more regular (less painful, heavy) menstrual cycle. I’ve tried several brands and haven’t really noticed much of a difference in quality, so I like this one for the value, size, and number of servings.

EPO has helped me a lot with perimenopause. This is a must have for every woman in their late 30’s or early 40’s and beyond transitioning through menopause. It has helped me with episodes of very low energy and body malaise. I have not experienced hot flashes yet but this has been very helpful with me overall I can feel the difference.

My previous brand of primrose oil was from ioth. Used it for a long while and started seeing results slow. But, when I shifted to this brand on a hunch,my observation has been that the results are more pronounced and better.
Have faced pcos issues for long with hair fall,weight gain ,cramps during menstruation etc. Within a month of starting to use this brand,have seen a noticable change in all issues.Do not know if this is the reason or my resuming consumption of CLA capsules which I restarted after a break as per my dietitian advice. But, nonetheless happy with the results.
Update: Have continued this product and as of August have lost weight up to 8 kgs with no specific exercise and only diet restrictions. This has increased my confidence in this product. Also trying a newer and stronger Now Super primrose. Will post reviews post 2 months use. If not satisfactory,shall shift back to Natures bounty again.

I used about 3000 mg of this vaginally and after doing this and also doing a few exercises, and napping, I went into labor and I had a very good experience. I recommend you ask your doctor about using it.
