I don’t often write reviews for products, but I absolutely had to for this. Kiala’s super greens are a complete game changer if you’re someone that struggles with bloating and gut issues. I frequently have to take antibiotics, which destroy my stomach, so I’m incredibly grateful to have a product like this that helps my gut health and digestion. I ordered the Miami Vice flavor and it’s really enjoyable. It’s mild in flavor, but still sweet enough to taste like you’re sipping on a tropical drink. It mixes really well with my little handheld frother and is not chalky or clumpy at all. I am really looking forward to this being a consistent staple in my health journey.

I can’t get over this stuff! Someone suggested it from instagram and I thought I’d give it a go because I have a sensitive stomach and it was on sale at the time. Boy am I glad I did! I am lactose intolerant and gluten sensitive, but I don’t really do a good job at avoiding my sensitive foods. For years I’ve always thought my bloating was normal, maybe hormonal? But after a week of drinking my Kiala everyday I had zero bloat for the first time in FOREVER and it felt GREAT. I felt and looked like a new person. It gives me a little boost of energy too and makes me feel better about my greens intake haha. Best tasting super greens powder out there, MUCH better than bloom. Definitely get pineapple orange as I think it’s the best. When you add some ice and shake it well it’s such a refreshing sweet treat. Worth the money. Thanks Kiala!

I am health-conscious and I’ve been drinking kiala for a year. Whatever it does it does it well because it gives me a sustained energy I feel like my tummy is not as acidic I am not as hungry and I drink this before anything else I used to drink something similar to this but they stop selling it I tried other brands and kiala is a little bit pricey but I like the taste and how it makes me feel. I just wish that the price would be a little bit cheaper I always look when it’s on sale because I want this to be a sustainable part of my health I drink it in the morning everyday I usually drink the berry one but this one was on sale and it tastes just as good The watermelon one tastes a little bit too diluted for me but this is one of the essentials that I must have unless someone makes a different product similar to this at a cheaper price than I will subscribe to that but so far kiala has worked. I research also about Bloom and orgaine. I used to use a product called very green from trader Joe’s but they no longer sell it I like powder form for my supplements I noticed when I don’t drink this I don’t feel as healthy energized and I feel hungry all the time when I don’t have it When I do drink it I feel it’s neutralized the acidity in my body and it gives me just the right amount of lift to not be hyper but just the right amount of boost without crashing I mix this in with my collagen powder again it works for me I’m health-conscious if it was a little cheaper it’d be even better but I guess that’s the reason why because it works but I did try another brand that was $25 and it worked well too but I’m still stuck on kiala. I also tell my daughters to drink it and visit their doctors regularly I try to give it to my mom as well who has diabetes and cravings again This is not a substitute for doctor’s advice I’m letting you know that this happened for me If the quality and formula changes I will update Health is wealth for me and I have to invest in myself I please want the company to make it a little bit more affordable take advantage of the sales and auto-ship $35 to 40 is a lot to pay for this but it helps keep me healthier in the long run If you can afford it go on autoship Just remember that you’re on auto-ship because I sometimes forget If I had only one thing to take to me on travels this would be it helps me with my appetite my energy level and I’m not doing a commercial for these people but I wish it would be more affordable but it works Happy health.

I just tried the Kiala Super Greens in the Miami Vice flavor, and wow! it’s so good! It has a perfect balance of sweet and tangy without that weird artificial aftertaste some powders have. The best part? It mixes super smoothly, even with just water. No gritty texture at all, which is such a nice change. I’ve also noticed my energy and digestion have been better since I started drinking it. Bye bye bloating!! I only just started the Kiala is why I gave it a 4star. It does taste good, a little grainy, but easy to drink & mix. I take it on an empty stomach b4 breakfast & it makes my tummy feel great. I feel like it’s helping me get the greens I need & has helped with indigestion. The price was certainly right during cyber sale. Hopefully it will do more, only had it for 5 days.

Does this help with bloating? I think so. Does this taste way better than I thought it would? Yeah, surprisingly it tastes good and isn’t gritty or anything. Does this make you poop out more than you thought your whole body could hold, let alone your colon/intestinal tract?? OMG YES! Like, not in a “I’m about to have a colonoscopy and I’m pooping out water” way, but “omg, did that just come out of ME?” way. Like, you almost take a picture and send to your besties. Which, I’m guessing, because I’m not a doctor or anything, is why you aren’t as bloated. But whatever. It’s tasty and does what it says it does and that’s all I can say about it!!
