Okay, let’s be honest—these vitamins are big. Like, “I might need to check if I can fit this in a blender” big. If you’ve ever tried to swallow a horse pill, you know exactly what I’m talking about. These things are like the Vitamin C of footballs, and I’m 99% sure I’ll never look at my throat the same way again. My gag reflex and I are very familiar now.
But, and this is a big but (no pun intended), once you manage to choke one down and successfully avoid a near-death experience, you start to feel like a superhero. The energy boost is real. It’s like someone swapped my battery out for a fresh one. I’m more productive, my skin’s glowing like I’ve been hanging out in a spa, and I think I’ve even picked up a few extra muscles just from trying to swallow these things.
Bottom line: Would I recommend these vitamins? Sure. Do I recommend you practice your swallowing technique beforehand? Absolutely. You’ll be fine, just make sure you’ve got a glass of water the size of a kiddie pool. If you don’t manage to get it down on the first try, no worries—just call in backup, from someone else that takes these vitamins.

I kept coming up a little short on lots of vitamins on my yearly labs a couple years back. Looked for a multivitamin and found these. I look like an all star on lab paperwork since.
The pills themselves are pretty big so some may have a hard time taking them but I don’t. The only other negative about them is ordering them from here the last time my bottle came crunched.
But, for the vitamin itself I would rate it an A+++, especially if you’re in a situation like I was in.

So I recently bought these, and I am very impressed. I have tried quite a few brands and different vitamins that have made me feel sick whether I have eaten or not these vitamins work well I feel energized. I take them in the morning with something to eat to be safe, I have taken them with nothing to eat, and they have not given me any kind of nauseous side effects like other vitamins have I wish they were a little smaller that would be my only advice. But I noticed a lot of vitamins that are packed with what we need are bigger in size so it makes sense. I love the value and the quantity of the vitamins and how many you get they do last. I do take this with my eldest son and he has no complaints. I actually noticed the energy boost.
