These tastes delightful to me. I actually felt results shortly after my very first use. I had racing thoughts, pms, and stressed in the moment I took them. Shortly after I ate these , I felt relaxed and my thoughts settled. I was prepared to make a return and complain about false information but no way! I’ll buy these over and over again, would even spend my last! These worked wonders and I seen results right away. It’s a most definitely for me!

I’ve been a loyal customer of these gummies for over a year, receiving them through monthly auto-ship. Initially, they were effective for sleep and relaxation. However, over time, I noticed they somewhat dampened my emotional responses.
The real issue arose with my most recent order in December 2024. I received three bottles, all with the same expiration date (10/2026) and lot number. These gummies were noticeably different from previous batches:
– Appearance: Darker color with a powdery coating
– Texture: Dry, not shiny or sticky like before
– Smell: Unpleasant, significantly different from the usual berry scent
– Taste: Off-putting, unlike the previously enjoyable flavor
Due to these concerning changes, I had to dispose of the entire order. I’ve noticed other recent reviews mentioning similar issues, suggesting a potential quality control problem.
While I was considering taking a break due to the emotional side effects, this quality inconsistency has confirmed my decision to pause my subscription. On a positive note, Amazon’s customer service was helpful when I contacted them about the issue.
In conclusion, while these gummies have worked well for me in the past, the recent quality issues and long-term effects on mood have led me to take a break. I may consider reordering in the future if these issues are addressed. The 3-star rating reflects the product’s past performance balanced against recent quality concerns.

Two weeks in and despite him constantly asking if I think the product is working. The mister now goes to sleep at a reasonable time. And passes out quick. We will be talking. And if I give him a single moment he’s out like a light. A full 8 hours of sleep. Instead of 2-4. Very impressed. Especially since he didn’t notice the effects
and had no idea what I was getting him into.

I ordered these for my wife to help her sleep at night. Both of us are taking them but only one or two per day instead of the recommended two, twice per day. She does seem to sleep a little better since taking them. It does make me a bit more relaxed but not a huge difference. They do taste great though.
