I love this vitamin! I take it now since my favorite multi is no longer carried by Puritan. A little pricey but worth it. SAW PALMETTO is now being touted as a “secret” for beautiful skin. Iron-free which I like. I recommend!

Pros:

No medicine taste: Unlike some other vitamins, this one doesn’t leave a bad aftertaste.
Cons:
Large pill: Like most mega multivitamins, it’s a bit large, but that’s expected for a supplement with this much packed in.
Conclusion:
I’m feeling great, with lots of energy and better sleep. It’s also locally available, which is an added bonus. I’ll definitely keep using this!
