This is the second time I’m buying this product. It’s of high quality and it provides me the supplementation I need. To get 24 mg of astaxanthin from salmon, you would need to eat 3.5 lb’s of fresh salmon and eat 3.5 Lb of tomato’s to get 50 mg of lycopine; or you could take 1 serving of this supplement. When you consider the cost of salmon and tomatoes at today’s prices this product is a good value.

I purchased astaxanthin (for skin health benefits) and with a supplement like this it’s hard to tell how much it’s working since it’s not supposed to have any immediate effects. But the product seems to be of good quality (consistent color of capsules between batches, good packaging) and I’m planning on continuing to use it regularly.
