It’s always hard to review supplements because things like effectiveness are very hard to measure.
That said, we picked this supplement up because my wife is always looking for Quercetin. She read up on this supplement, and we’ll never having heard of nicotinamide riboside, read up on it and found it to be a potentially positive addition to her supplement routine. The extra ingredients in this blend are also of interest, so she was happy to have it.
The taste with the pill is fairly neutral, while the smell actually is a little on the sweet side, reminding me of opening up a bag of brown sugar.
