The product has a good taste and has a good mix of BCAAs and vitamins. Only giving three stars because of the filler ingredients and the amount of red 40. If you need to make it red, use beet powder. There is a LOT of artificial coloring in this.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I thought I’d leave a review after using this creatine throughout the last 10 years, by far the best on the market!
Take it how the bottle says from beginning to end and you will thank yourself later, nothing compares to CellTech. Not only do you gain muscle mass & strength but it doesn’t make you squishy and soft like most other creatines on the market do, HARD GAINER is not to be taken lightly. My go to creatine since high school.

I substituted this product for breakfast for a few weeks, and I must say, I love it. It’s a great morning pre-workout. My doctor however, was concerned about kidney health, so I would first run it by your physician. I also mention to the clinic, when I get blood work, so they know that my creatine levels are not out of whack, but that I’m on a supplement, so if the number is high, it’s likely not kidney damage, but the supplement. Creatine is the single best value for supplements, after essentials such as omega’s and proper nutrition.
I recommend taking half the recommended amount, because it is a strong supplement. In fact, you can likely take a quarter of the recommended amount and get very high quality results out of your workouts. It can improve a certain type of endurance that is required for repetitive muscle work. Generally, I recommend keeping phosphates low, so personally, I take less than what is recommended achieving fantastic product satisfaction. It improves your brain, and reduces stress as well, as a bonus. It can however make you crampy, and requires you drink plenty of fluids/electrolytes throughout the day.

If you don’t have the time to add flavor, or just want the convenience and the volume, this is a perfect choice. Never got tired of the fruity taste and finished the tub easily.
