I did some research on the benefits of Astaxanthin and decided to incorporate it in my daily routine. It is a small, easy to swallow, once a day pill that does what it says it does. I feel better and I can take it and forget it in the morning. I use Astaxanthin for several reasons: to lower cholesterol, prevent macular degeneration/ cataracts, and cancer prevention as it is a great antioxidant and contains carotenoids. Very small softgels which I LOVE because I can’t swallow medium or big pills. Very good product! This is a great value for you money.

I use another supplement from this company and I am in love with it. This has helped my skin all over my body. It has given me a brighter, healthier look. I am extremely fair and always burn. I have not had a sun burn. I still use sun block, but this has given my skin almost like an extra defense. I feel that this has given me much more energy. It’s hard to always pin point changes when you have maybe tried or started a few different things at one time. I know that I feel different when I do not take this and if I have forgotten to take it, it’s worth turning the car around. I would try all of their supplements if I could. However, it is often difficult to find the product in a high enough potency to be truly effective at a reasonable price. I am receiving a bit of relief from dry eye and am grateful for it. My staff did notice a yellow coloring in my skin which is one of the side effects. I think I have also received the anti-inflammatory benefits in the joints since my joint pain has been reduced but am also taking a collagen product. I recommend this brand.

I bought this product to protect my skin in the sun. It works 100%. I get a type of sun poisoning when first out in the sun, but not with this product. I also noticed improvements in my skin’s appearance, it had less of an appearance of fine dry lines. I will definitely continue use.
