    My MD actually prescribed L-glutamine supplements for leaky gut, IBS and autoimmune-related problems. Following the doctor’s recommendation, I started slowly with this product and experienced GREAT improvements in my digestive symptoms within one week.

    Feeling confident, I slowly increased the dosage, and within the following week and a half, suddenly noticed strong, unrelenting heart palpitations and unexplained anxiety — which I hadn’t had in a long time. This particular supplement was the only new item I had added to my routine.

    Other reviewers here have noted heart palpitations and arrhythmia issues after starting this, so I felt I should join the conversation and share my experience. I do think my bad side effects are dosage related. It’s clear that I exceeded a safe dosage for me. If you research L-glutamine, you will find it can be harmful for some people using larger doses because it increases “excitatory” brain chemicals that trigger anxiety, heart rate, and so on. Start small. Be careful.

    Not saying this doesn’t work for digestive problems. It does work and it’s a good quality product. But watch the dosage you start with — and monitor how you feel after using consistently for more than a week. It took a week of use for the heart rate issue to show up. After I stopped the supplement, I returned to normal after 24 hours, no more heart palpitations.

    I rented a house that had high levels of toxic mold/mycotoxins for 8 months and finally realized the reason for my numerous illnesses and debilitating sickness was from mold. I have CIRS and the mold took the worst toll possible on my gut. I developed food allergies to so many foods. I couldn’t eat anything without getting bloated, extremely tired, and out of breath. I was also always constipated and the only way I’d have a bowel movement was when I’d take my Adderall which I had to get in because the mold, but that caused me to have HORRIBLE IBS because my gut was so messed up! Detox is brutal and without a healthy gut, it’s impossible. I tried everything and spent HUNDREDS of dollars trying to heal my gut. Finally I read about this and figured I’d give it a try. I took it at like 2am one night on an empty stomach and I immediately felt gas leave my body and bloating go down. I for some reason only needed 3 hours of sleep that night instead of being able to sleep all day! When I woke up after a few hours, I felt SOO much better. INSTANT RELIEF! All the bloating was gone and I had almost completely normal bowel movements and better energy. After taking one the second night, I had healthy bowel movements, normal sleep FINALLY, no bloating, much less fatigue, etc. it truly was the only thing to be able to help me and I’m so grateful I’ve tried this. The only downside is it inhibits the absorption of my adderall a lot, but this has helped so much that soon I won’t need it anymore anyways. Thank you thank you thank you

    My 13 year old daughter had a great amount of belly issues last year. When someone has stomach concerns, you rule out excessive worries, changes, diet, physical problems. We tried medication that suppressed stomach acids, meds to prevent the acid, anti anxiety meds. She was so bad at the beginning of the school year, vomiting was a daily occurrence. After an ER visit, multiple appts with the gastrologist, and endo scope and ZERO results, we tried many natural remedies that included going gluten free, probiotics and a variety of supplements. We tried other natural supplements. And tried to rule out conditions or symptoms by trial and error. This product has GIVEN MY DAUGHTER HER LIFE BACK!!! She was declining all social opportunities last year, scouting trips and sleep overs. It was debilitating to have belly pain after eating and eating from a very limited diet. THANK yoy so much for these pills. My daughter cautiously noticed a change right away. That was over 6 months ago. She takes the pill at night. NO ISsues or debilitating stomach problems. Stomach issues are super tricky to diagnose. We feel now that this supplement has helped what may be a leaky gut that was not found through a surgical procedure. Please, if you are having weird stomach issues and are looking for a remedy, try this product. My big girl has her life back!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!

    I’ve been taking it about a month now and it’s really helped my gut. It’s not super expensive and is a great value for the money. It didn’t have any weird tastes to it and is a small easy to swallow capsule. It’s easy to add it into my daily vitamins.

    good supplement for your gut – why put a big white sticker over information I’d like to read on the bottle, it doesn’t peel off easily or in one piece! love that its labeled gluten free as I have celiac disease – so far so good with no issues
