After reading all the good effects on your body of lysine, I decided to get it and try it out.
The capsules are about standard size, easy to swallow. I take it at night before going to bed together with moringa. I’ve noticed a change in my weight for the better but it could be because I’ve changed my diet and went on a fast. I think it’s too soon to tell. I’ll keep taking it because it has amazing benefits for your body

Lysine has been a daily supplement for me for over twenty years. I have tried another product from Pristine’s and it was OK, but nothing spectacular. I have been a lifelong heavy supplement user, and Pristine’s would be classified as a budget brand. You can get a lot of bang for the buck, but there are drawbacks.
Many quality supplement makers have stopped using flow agents… especially magnesium stearate as it can cause digestive upset in some people. This Lysine contains both magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide (another flow agent). Companies use these to make the manufacturing process easier.
The label states this is third-party tested but doesn’t say which organization does the testing… nor whether each batch is tested or if it was a one-time thing. It proudly sys this is made in the USA, but if you read the fine print, it also says from “globally sourced ingredients”.
It is manufactured in a GMP facility and is free of most common allergens. If you don’t take numerous supplements each day, then the magnesium stearate may not be an issue for you.
The capsules are typical in size and have no taste or smell.

I feel like l-lysine is an often overlooked necessary amino acid. I know I have never seen a supplement for it in stores, and the human body cannot make it, it has to be gotten from food or supplementation. This l-lysine supplement is a great way to get l-lysine in your diet, especially if you do not eat many of the foods that naturally provide it. I have added this to my daily vitamin regimen, and while it is too early to tell if it has positive benefits, I have had no bad effects from it.

A good lysine supplement was hard for me to find till I came across these ones. I’ve used this brand before and liked their other products so I gave this one a try. This amino acid is good for skin and tissue health. This one has a good dosage and 60 servings. Yes there are fillers but the bottle also explains what they’re used for
