I am sure many of you would like to know what is in this balm. According to the packaging, here are the ingredients: Aqua (water), Isopropyl Myristate, Sempervivum Tectorum Extract, Glyceryl Stearate, Ceteareth-20, Ceteareth-2, Cetearyl Alchohol, Cetyl Palmitat, Glycerin, Aloe Barbadensis, Butyospermium Parkil Butter, Glyceryl Stearate, Punica Granatum Seed Oil, Triticum Vullgare Germ Oil, Phenoxyethanol and Ethylhexyl Glycerine, Carbomer, Trietanolamine, Sodium Hyaluronate, Alcohol and Isopropyl Alcohol and Charmomilla Recutita Extract, Romarinus Officinalis Oil, Melissa Officinalis Extract, Juniperus Communis Extract, Thymus Vulgaris Oil, Vaccinium Myrtillus Extract
Also of note, the product has an address in the USA, but states its origin is in the UK.
Now, how does it work. I like Vicks better, but this has a similar effect; but not as strong or as long lasting. For instance, if I put the product on my chest, it helps relieve congestion, but only lasts for a few hours. Also, the effect of the product is not as strong. The texture of the product is a waxy, buttery feel. The aroma of the product is primarily rosemary.
Overall, I like this product and I think it would be very nice, if you can’t use Vicks (or an off brand of the same sort), or if you don’t like the smell of Vicks type products.

In the beginning feels a bit hard and oily but when the temperature of the body warms it up, it melts and absorbs really good. Gives a warm feeling. Has smell of herbs but not unpleasant.

This balm has a very light minty scent. It is similar to Vicks salve but the not near as strong. This would be great for little kids. I can’t say I will ever order this again. Especially considering the high price of this product.

Works very well to help me breathe more easily, clears up the airways, sinuses and congestion. Additionally I find it smell way better than what I am used to which is important as I am sensitive to unusual, artificial smell or scent that is just too strong.
Tried it on some mosquito bites just to test it and it worked very well for the itch too.
For nebulizer I prefer to use only essential oil but this balm can be diluted in hot water for inhalation. I do not need 20 minutes like it suggests but again it works very well for this purpose too.
