I’ll start with the bad. This stuff tastes AWFUL. It tastes like Chloraseptic spray mixed with licorice. Even if you go the nasal use route you can still taste it.
Let me tell you. This stuff WORKS. I have had terrible sinus issues and allergies for months, and it has affected my voice. I’ve tried other drops and medications but nothing has helped much. The higher notes in my range would crack, and I found I couldn’t stabilize my voice like I used to. I have a solo in an upcoming Cantata, as well as other solos, and was starting to wonder if I would have to drop them. Enter this spray.
One spray right in the back of my throat–as close as I could get to my vocal folds–and my notes are clear as a bell, the higher notes don’t crack, and I’m able to stabilize and hold notes for longer without going flat. I highly recommend this to any singer or speaker, particularly during allergy season.
I am also prone to tonsil stones, and this has helped with that as well.

I’ve improved upon my technique, and now I’m using it again,
as precaution for when I’m singing a lot.
I actually look forward to the taste, its actually very pleasing,
and soothing.
I’m not pleased with the price gouging, it is twice the price
over what I paid two years ago, but then it seems everyone has
decided that price gouging is good business.
The spray action never hits where you want it to, you have to guess,
still a good product though.
The taste is ok, I used this a few years ago, tried it again a couple weeks ago,
it seemed to just mask my poor technique, I stopped using it , worked on technique,
will not go back to using it. I’m not saying it isn’t useful for other singers, it just did
nothing for me.

I get super dry at times, especially when I am sick, there is a spot in my throat that loses all it’s moisture and the only thing that helps is chloraseptic to numb it but only for a few minutes. I was told to try this as it works great to put moisture back and soothe your throat. It did not work very well for me even after multiple sprays. It also tastes and feels pretty bad, like weird flavor of olive oil.
