The lavender smell is soothing and it helps add moisture to my nose. I use it on my lips at night and never have chapped lips, even while living in the snow.

I started using instead of regular vapor rubs and being milder I liked it better, then using it on my feet to improve the circulation noticed that a scabbed wound on my ankle heal very fast, the circulation part has also help with my knees to releave some of the pain associated with my age. If anyone is going threw any of this it is worth a try to see if it will work for
