This unique product arrived well sealed and well within date. I had to use an app to translate the Spanish print on the box , but I like what I read. This product relies on natural elements to help to with cough and cold symptoms. The taste combo of garlic, onion and others has a punctual, unique flavor but not hard to use. I did find this product to be beneficial and I believe this is a fair value for a unique item the whole family can benefit from.

This arrived from the vendor in a basic branded cardboard display box with the product inside with a tamper evident band around the top, a measuring cup loose on top, and it had a clearly visible best by date printed on the top of “MAY-2026”.
Both the label & box suggest how much to take & give a full list of ingredients.
We happened to need this, & 2 of us tried it. It definitely isn’t your usual sweet stuff — but once you get past that, this thick syrup does really work to keep you from continuously coughing. Anything that helps during a cold event — I’m all for it.
We’d order this again.

Interesting syrup for immune support and cough. It does not contain antitussives (cough medications) but is full of other natural ingredients that are supposed to help with cough and cold symptoms, such as propolis, lemon, honey, and eucalyptus. The texture is very thick, almost like honey, and is hard to drink out of the provided cup. you may need a teaspoon to help scoop up the contents or dilute with a little bit of water. I am not very keen on flavor. The first few things that hit the palate are garlic and onion, which is hard to stomach. The syrup is sweetened with glucose and fructose, but the sweetness does not help with the garlic and onion flavor. The eucalyptus and mint are also strong flavors and appear in the background after the first flavors start to subside. I can’t see a child taking this willingly but adults should be fine, especially if you like garlic and onions.

I ordered another product from this company called Kids syrup and that one tastes like a strong, sweet peppermint flavored. This one… would probably taste good if it wasn’t for the garlic and onion. You may have to fight with your kid to take this one. However, their kids syrup saved my butt twice when I was coming down with a cold. If it wasn’t for that syrup, I would’ve spent days in bed. With this one, I felt my throat was starting to hurt and my sweat was smelling bad which are usually the first signs of me coming down with a cold. I took 10 mL every 4 hours for a day and by the next day… I felt 80% better. This one works just as well as their other Kids syrup but it doesn’t taste great. However considering the awesome results I get with it… it’s well worth it. You may want to try their kids syrup if you’re looking for your child.

Seems to work great as a cough syrup. Natural ingredients. Bee honey, Garlic, Onion, Lemon, Eucalyptus, Echinacea, and Mint. These are all ingredients we use as home remedies for health and wellness. Seems to have intended effects. It tastes like honey. 8 ounces. It says to take a cup every 4 hours. But I am sure it means one capful which is enclosed in the package. I rated down because this could be confusing and cause someone to take way more than is needed or perhaps safe. There are 24 servings noted on the package. Labeling is in English and Spanish.

I love the ingredients. They are all great for the immune system. The garlic/onion smell is strong but the menthol and eucalyptus help. It is quite thick. I add it to my teas and is great especially with the colder weather. I also love that there are no unnecessary extras. Clean product!

This Fulminatos Cough Syrup is unlike any I’ve ever tried. It has an vast and rather unusual assortment of ingredients – honey, lemon, garlic, purple onion, mint, propolis, eucalyptus, Echinacea, elderberry and great mullein. It’s also extremely thick, almost gluey. The flavor is different, especially when you get a hint of the garlic and onion, but it’s not overly unpleasant. I’ve had a terrible lingering cough from a recent cold, and I have to say, this really helped. I’m impressed. The directions are careful to say that it’s not a medicine; it’s made in Mexico for a company in San Diego.

When I was young kid my grandparents used to make something like this with garlic onion and honey. Me and my brother used to hate eating it because of the strong flavor of raw garlic. This is pretty similar and the formulation tastes a lot better here. Took it a couple of times and have indeed felt better. Pretty great immune booster. Gifted it to my brother and his kids tolerate it when he finds out they’re getting sick or already sick.
