Cold Snap has been my source of building immunity for years and I am glad I can get it on Amazon now, saving me time. I had taken Cold Snap for 3 or 4 years and had not gotten one cold, nor had I gotten the bronchitis or sinus infections that had tortured me for years. I stopped taking Cold Snap for almost a year and I was once again plagued with bronchitis, colds and sinus infections. I recently jumped back on them taking faithfully daily and I feel great again. I’m unable to take remedies that contain zinc because they make me sick. Cold Snap is a natural blend of herbs and flowers. I usually take 2 capsules each day. This stuff is pretty amazing. I have been taking it for 2-1/2 years and never had a cold or flu until a few weeks ago. (I used to get colds and/or flu at least twice a year.) When I finally did get sick, I increased the dosage of Cold Snap, taking 2 capsules 4-6 times per day. My cold/flu was very mild and lasted 1-1/2 days. It consisted of a slight case of nasal congestion and a little bit of tiredness. Meanwhile, everyone around me got sick with a terrible flu (tiredness, weakness, nasal congestion, coughing, body aches and fever) that lasted 2 weeks or more. This has happened more than once since I started taking Cold Snap. Nearly everyone around me contracted the flu, but I was fine.

Been using this at the recommendation of a friend for the last year. I truly believe it has kept me well throughout this craziness that is COVID, not to mention your average cold. This is the absolute best immune booster I have used. I have staved off many colds and flus. And If I haven’t gotten to take it right at the onset, it has reduced my symptoms and shortened the duration of colds and flus. Really I carry it with me, so I have it on hand should I feel a cold coming. It is amazing!
