The quality is good, but it’s by far the worst tasting medication I’ve ever had. I chose this particular brand because it’s alcohol and menthol free, but it somehow still manages to taste like it has both ingredients. For me, it even caused nausea because the taste is so bad. Super disappointed.
* UPDATED – mixing was a couple ounces of water, and chasing it with something makes it tolerable

Everytime I try to buy cough medicine it says DM, which is sedating. Glad to have this on hand for my next coughing spell without the worry of DM.

This product works well , does what it is supposed to do. But it does burn your throat. Itbuave menthol in it which is unnecessary!!
