I would only really use this at the very beginning of a cold. I had a very sore throat with the flu and this did more harm than good. It doesn’t really taste of lemon and acted more as an irritant to a raw throat than anything else. I can see the benefits of this but I ended up reaching for the lidocaine throat spray after the second time using it. Also the inclusion of the random eye lid cleanser seems really out of place.

The flavor isn’t bad. You have to hold it close to get it to spray to the back of your throat. Seemed to help me get better quick!

I use this whenever I’ve been around anyone who seems to be ill. I’m assuming it is effective because so far, so good. The taste is okay, somewhat medicinal but no unpleasantly so. With a little practice on how to angle the bottle, you can bypass your tongue for the most part and direct the spray to the throat where you really want it to go.
