I’ve been using Hylands for over 20 years.
This is one blend that I really love.
With HBP, there are not many things my doctor allows me to take for relief from colds or allergies. But this is one that she approves.
Based on minerals that your body needs and uses, this one helps break down mucus.
It’s not as effective as the OTC meds, but it helps me rest from congestion and helps make coughs more productive.

I took these for about two weeks but had to stop because it was making my postnasal drip worse. The instructions say to dissolve one tablet three separate times a day. I’m surprised these are fairly large (9mm) but are only 6x potency. They are a newer version of the old tiny (5mm) tablets that came in a bottle of 250 or 500. I prefer the tiny homeopathic tablets or pellets because they contain less Lactose and Acacia Gum, which I’ve found out aggravate my postnasal drip.
Since I started trying these tablets, I’ve now gone on an Elimination diet which has helped enormously. I still have some occasional mucus in my throat which still causes a sore throat, but as of two nights ago I started taking “Histaminum Hydrochloricum,” which started working almost immediately to break up the thick mucus I’ve been dealing with. Between Histaminum Hydrochloricum and my Elimination diet, I think I’m on my way to resetting my body and getting back on track.
This is a difficult product to review because I think it will work only in specific circumstances; it won’t cure all acne, and it won’t cure all postnasal drip or sore throats. There are usually several options for homeopathic remedy and I think everyone has to try different things until it works for them.

I bought these after my sister started glowing up. She told me she bought #3 so i bought them and noticed a difference in my eye wrinkles after a week. I later did more Tiktok research and bought number 7 and 12. I didn’t notice a difference after that so i think i woulda been fine w just the number 3. Either way i will keep using them since they do make my skin look younger and my eye bags and wrinkles have significantly diminished. The pic is after one week!

I have used this for colds and sore throat and it has helped me. I find homeopathic products work a little slower than traditional cold meds for me but they are gentler on my system, which I personally like. I have been a fan of Boiron products for several years, using cell salts off and on as needed for a cold/sore throat and I feel they are successful.
In addition, I really like their new packaging. It is eye catching and yet I feel it contains the same quality of product that I have purchased before.

I think this is one of those things that’s going to take time before I notice any results. I’ve been using it for about 10 days now, and haven’t noticed any changes in my skin or cold symptoms. I guess only time will tell! They remind me of the Hylands oral pain relief tablets my son took as an infant. They taste sort of like sugar tablets, but are really mild and dissolve quick.
I’ll be sure to update if anything changes! So far, I’m still having cold symptoms 🤒

I have used tissue salts for quite a few years. I got away from it as the source I got them from kind of dried up. I started using them again not too long ago. This new release from Hyland’s is geared to make one pill vs four to be easier to take.
CALC SULPH
This tissue salt is one I like to have around for infections and pus leaking wounds. It is also good for moisture balance in skin that needs help in that- eyes, nose, mouth, bladder- and any other body parts that need moisture regulated. It also is good for connective tissues.
DOES THIS WORK?
Although I have only used it a few times, it has worked as well as the tiny pills have in the past. You only take one at least 15 minutes before or after a meal or brushing of teeth.
THE BOTTOM LINE
This tissue salt is one that I like to have handy for reasons stated in the review. I am getting used to the single pill vs four small ones.
MY RATING
FIVE STARS. This is a nice version to have. I am not sure you are getting as much for your money as the smaller pills, but it is still worth having on hand for those times you need them. These have worked so far.
