Just a swallow….the stuff helps with sleeping at night.doing all the cold stuff. Rekaxing, opening sinus, reducing phelgm. Yes the have the zzz stuff. But this has been part of my turn out the lights the party is over go to for years. Great value…when bought here.

Why spend the extra $$$$ for name brand? This works the same and actually tastes good. There’s a popular mixed drink a local bar uses this in. Lol. It’s actually pretty good..
