When I need a medication like this during a cold, I’ve had the regular lower doses in the past that i end up having to take a few times a day, and if I forget, my symptoms return. These will be great, taking one dose for the day. A higher overall content of the medication that releases slowly over time, keeping a steady level. No more having to rely on my often faulty memory to take another dose!

A WONDERFUL find. Other generic pills were HUGE and chalky, getting hung up in my throat. Scared me several times. I tried breaking up those other generics tablets, but that was even more dangerous and less effective, because the halves were jagged and voided the extended-release benefit. I take these twice a day, so this product is a big hooray for me.

The tablets aren’t quite as tightly packed as other name brands. As a result they leave a little powdery residue behind and can taste more bitter than others with it coming off. It’s minor, but with so many noting the FDA similarities in medications it’s worth noting the differences. The name brand does come on more quickly ,with less taste from the tablet. They store better and handle moisture better. All minor, and it hardly justifies the price difference for me. These are well worth it.

This is a perfect dupe with even stronger ingredients (check the dosage). These work like a charm to minimize mucus and coughing. They are also reasonably priced and the size isn’t huge like some competitors for this strength.

This stuff has Guafenesin.
May not work for everyone.
But, at least, it works – at all.
Your mileage may vary.
It worked to break up residual phlegm in my lungs.
I’m coming out of a post Covid episode.
It doesn’t fix everything – but, it is nice to breath.
Beats the alternative.

This product is exactly as described and a perfect substitute for mucinex DM. I really like the extended release so it lasts longer throughout the day. Very inexpensive compared to name brands for the exact same product. Would recommend to anyone in need this winter season.
