This got me through covid. The cough and inability to sleep for days on end was making me delusional. This stuff is like liquid gold when even though you don’t feel like you have a deep congested cough, you can’t stop wheezing and hacking. 10/10 definitely great for a cough. Can’t say if I recommend the taste because I couldn’t tell you if it was gross or not, I just know it worked wonders.
