I bought this for my grandmother who was dealing with a mix of a cold and allergies – the worst part being the heavy cough she couldn’t get rid of. Yesterday she took one in the evening and one 6-7 hours later (after waking up with a cough that I noticed sounded significantly more “smooth”) and I’ve yet to hear her cough since! It’s been like night and day with her overall wellness, since it seems to have helped her get rid of that residual mental/physical funk from being ill as well.
Something to note is if you’re petite and/or sensitive to medications, this stuff (like most cough meds) is most likely going make you very loopy. Take it and get some rest!
