It arrived with each one already broken, and you can see where the liquid leaked and dried long before i got it. I tried to request a return/replacement and it’s basically impossible, don’t bother.

I Always keep this handy for when I feel a cold sore popping up. Seems to help with the severity of god sore.

By the time I got this 2/3 of my lower lip had exploded into a swollen blistery mess. It was painful and ugly and all the things that make you want to call out sick from life until it’s gone. So finally got my hand on this. Glad I read the package as it says not to use more than 3 times in 24 hours. Since there were 4 in the pack I split it between 2 days. It burned a bit going on the first time but as I said it was already super painful so it could have been the kiss of an angel and probably would have still hurt. After the first application tho it stopped hurting so much it felt better it felt soothed and after a few minutes blessedly numb. It started drying out almost immediately. I still ended up with some ugly scabbing but definitely not nearly as bad as I usually do. Also I never had the weeping stage. Anyone who gets these things understands what I mean. And I feel like since this helped skip that open wound weepy stage is why I didn’t get super bad scabbing and after 5 days it’s almost gone. Gonna grab more of this to keep on hand and hopefully next time I can get this on before my lip explodes 🙄 thank god it only happens once or twice a year

This product is effective. The mailing envelope was intact on arrival, but the exterior packaging on the product was opened along the seams.
