    I had to assign one star to post this – but it should be 0!
    This was defective when it arrived as it did not turn on/ off as it should. We changed the battery and it continued to give us problems. As long as the battery was installed, it cycled through with continous beeps every few minutes. It never shut off as described in the directions and the only way to turn it off was to remove the battery.
    I reached out to the seller, since Amazon had posted that it was non-returnable to them.
    The seller had a very strange chat area that no one ever responded to..they only asked for an email address in case we “got disconnected”. Via email, they sent 1-2 messages (over the course of several weeks and after multiple prompts from me) that honestly didn’t make sense and did not sound like they were coming from a verified company at all. I had to ask repeatedly how to return the product. Finally, in an email with more mispelled words and typos than not, I received instructions to send the product to an address they said they would send me another one. No verification codes, nothing. Also, the email address was super fishy – you know, the kind they tell you to look for and not to respond to 😉
    THANFKFULLY, I reached back out to Amazon after all this and they refunded my money right away even though it was a non-returnable item. THANK YOU AMAZON!
    Just wanted to post here to make sure no one else has to go through the hassle!
