I just tried this out coz my tongue is killing me. I can’t eat and talk properly because of the sore in my tongue. This is really effective. It has a numbing effect and on the second day I feel like the pain is slowly subsiding. A must try.

Chemo has created several problems and the mouth sores are one of the worst. I got this because I cannot use any lozenges that are for mouth pain as they have some strong stuff in them – I got this to be able to pint point the areas that hurt the most – well WOW did it burn and numb, the burning wore off after a few minutes, but the pain relief only lasted about 20 minutes – that was a total bummer because I can’t see myself using this ever 20 minutes.
