When this arrived I knew immediately something was wrong, it was completely sealed and no damage to the packaging. But yet there was these white spores all over the cap and bottle.
There was no signs of it leaking in the package but the bottle had it all over it. I do not feel comfortable using this product. I see others have experienced the same issue. I definitely want others to be aware of the experience I had.

I was so disappointed with the bottle for this treatment. The treatment itself seems to be similar to similar band-named products and I have no complaints. The problem is that I lost all of it because the screw-on bottle cap is loose. I don’t know whether it does not have a good seal or if it just unscrews too easily but I found the bottle in my drawer with all of the liquid leaked out.

I didn’t find the treatment helped much. I discontinued using the treatment when I noticed the bottle was leaky.

Alarm bells went off when I took this out of its packaging to discover that there was leakage all around the bottle, from beneath the “safety seal”. Nothing felt safe about this product despite being made in the USA. CANNOT RECOMMEND.

Hello friends, I selected this canker sore relief liquid for break out relief.
This product had leaked out and crusted inside the protective seal. The product did not seem to be affected so it may have been an out of bottle spill that effected an entire line of product. The product itself is a liquid with a brush. My housemate thought it was gross to use it so they got a cotton swab and removed most of the cotton then brushed it on the tip. It numbed the whole area and anything it touched, including the lips and gums. It brought relief and reduced the stress of it too. Seems to be a very good product. I’ll ignore manufacturing error to a star deduction and give it four stars.

The bottle of ELP ESSENTIAL Afta Canker Sore Treatment had leaked during shipment but the safety seal was still intact. So, a small amount of the product was lost inside the box. I do not believe that the product was compromised.
I tried to wait to review this item until I had an issue to test it on but currently have not been able to test it. However, it is important to note, for allergy information, the ingredients are Ethyl Alcohol, Salicylic Acid, and Benzocaine.
