It was a little burn sensation I when applied the first time then my body accepted it. After two weeks the discomfort disappeared. It has a little herbal smell which is good scent. It worked for me, that’s why I’m getting another one just in case the discomfort returns, but this time I’ll be ready!!

This is working so far for me, had a painful outbreak and ran out of my original one so bought this based on the reviews and it’s working so far, sores are smaller and less painful so I’m happy, definitely has natural ingredients and does not burn.
