I tried ordering this twice (because my usual brand, GoodSense, had been unavailable), and BOTH times, the item arrived with an October expiration date of the current year… meaning it was ordered and I would start taking in January, but could only use about 9 months of the product, not the full 12.
I contacted Amazon, explained the issue, and they did send a replacement quickly, but it had the exact same problem. So I returned that too because I don’t want to only get 3/4 of my money’s worth and luckily by that time my usual brand was available again.
BTW, I called the customer service number on the bottle, and they couldn’t help. Apparently, the number on the bottle isn’t the manufacturer but a reseller, and if they’ve then resold to a place like Amazon, then there’s nothing they can do if there’s an issue with a too-short expiration date. Which made it impossible to get a hold of the manufacturer, if I really had a product question (which made me unhappy to realize).
