These sinus pills are the same as you pay a lot more for in the store! I have chronic sinus infections and pain every single day. I take 3-4 of these per day so it gets pricey on a Disability budget. Each pill is packaged separately so easy to grab and go in purse or pocket, and very easy to tear open. My expiration is a tad over 2 years and everything was perfect, no issues. I’m very pleased with this purchase!

I have been using this brand for my clogged sinuses and ears for the past 2 years and I have never used another brand of phenylephrine that is this effective nor this affordable.
Each dose is in its own individual packet due to their business model of selling to schools, hospitals and workplaces.
Medique makes other OTC drugs for stomach ailments, allergies and pain relievers that are also sold here on Amazon.
I normally buy the 250 pill box of Medi-First Sinus Decongestant; so I was very excited to find this box of 500.
I really like this product because it is effective at stopping my sinus headaches, keeps my sinuses and ears from clogging up and generally makes me feel like myself again.

Now cheaper to buy from amazons Good sense brand. Won’t miss the envelopes. Not liking the foil packing with my arthritis but no one puts them in bottles anymore! So price is so so on this one. 5 cents a pill instead of 4.

Works well, good deal. I didnt realize I was buying 500 individual pills though. Lmao! It worked out for me though. I bought it as a piece of a certain brand name cold medicine caplets that works well for me. This ingredient, the antihistamine, the acetaminophen and another ingredient I forgot at the moment. Individually put them together and works just as well.

These decongestants do exactly what they, last for approximately 4 hours, and are individually packed.
I have really gotten into the individually packed meds because they are easy to carry and you always get the correct dosage.

I have been fighting off a very determined sinus infection for weeks now. Every sinus cavity in my head was stuffy and making me miserable. I got relief from a box of the little red pills but they are very expensive. These tablets are the same size, and red also, and have the same amount of the active ingredient and the same dosage directions. But at a far more reasonable price. I took the first one and within about 15 minutes felt the head congestion start to lift and completely disappear shortly after that. You DO need to take them every 4 hours, though, at least if you have symptoms as aggressive as mine have been. Now it is more than a week later and my sinus problem is going away, but when I get stuffed up I still use these and am so VERY glad I found them. Will keep them around, just in case, probably forever!

I use this regularly as does my husband. I like the individual packets that are easy to pack. Also like the quantity and price. I only have to order once a year.

whats not to like, you save like over $60 by buying these instead of sudafed, even the tablets are same color.
the savings makes these being individually wrapped worth something to overlook for sure. besides it takes less time to cut 7 of these open with scissors with one cut than it does to push 7 tablets out of foil packs when i refill my pill organizer…these being wrapped is actually easier on the fingers for those of us that have RA.
i only take these in AM along with xyzal for that is when my sinus congestion is bad. they do tend to dry you out too much if you take every 4 hours and don’t drink a lot of fluid like me, which is main reason why i only take them in AM. Thankfully the ‘current’ expiration date on these is 10/2021 so if you too plan on only using once a day, they will last till box runs out…talking about box, i would highly recommend you buy something else when you buy these otherwise this will be shipped in a bubble envelope and you will end up with a beat up torn apart box that you cannot use as a dispenser anymore!!
note: just like sudafed, these don’t work perfect for my decades long sinus related stuffiness, work just enough to keep pressure down but, doesn’t ‘decongest’ at all, with me at least.
