I misread the dosage, and thought that they where the regular 180mg, but they where ½ the dosage, so I had use 2 tablets, and they didn’t last as long as I was expecting.

I have not found one tablet, capsule, or pill that says it works for 24 hours, and it actually does. So I choose the 12 hour ones, and these do work for 12 hours. I take one in the morning and one at bedtime. Big thing for me is that they are affordable and work.

I can take this during the day instead of the Benadryl I sometimes take at night. Benadryl makes me sleepy. The medicine does what I need for daytime use. It was less expensive then the name brand product. It helps to reduce the pressure and pain in my sinuses. It is of good quality.

I take Benadryl for hives that I get regularly. I have always had to make a decision between the relief of an antihistamine and the side-effects of being sleepy, unable to wake up, and brain fog. I learned this is an antihistamine that is of some newer class of drugs. It works to relieve the hives but has none of the side effects or long-term risks of Benadryl. I am glad to have this drug available to me. It has improved the quality of my life.

I usually buy the name brand Allegra 24hour. I wanted to save money and thought I’d try these. They do work but I’ve noticed they don’t work as well and they are only 12 hours. I really should be taking 3 pills to get the effect of 1 of the brand name I feel. I’ll use them until they are gone but probably won’t buy again.
